Monthly financial ERP for a photographer/videographer: clients, subscriptions, jobs, finances and reports.
Why it was built
Vanegas Studio needed to stop running its books in Excel. A tailor-made ERP was built for the business model: recurring monthly clients, extra photo/video jobs, expenses and a unified financial view where movements are the single source of truth.
Everything is computed from the movements table — no phantom numbers or manual balances.
