Unified HR employability platform: psychometric assessment, vacancy matching and AI candidate scoring. Built on Laravel 13.
ProTaper replaces the "apply the test in Word + grade by hand" flow with a platform where candidates answer online, the system scores automatically and HR downloads a consolidated per-candidate report.
The same product covers two employability fronts: psychometric batteries per job profile and vacancy-candidate matching with AI — the model analyzes each application, scores it against the vacancy and leaves the human only the work that matters: the interview.
Scoring logic is configurable per profile, so the same platform serves operators, technicians and leadership without duplicating code.
