Why it was built
Technical evaluation for Orbyn: build an agent that qualifies incoming WhatsApp leads with NLP, decides who deserves human follow-up and stores everything in Google Sheets for the sales team.
The scoring model cut time spent on unqualified leads and the bot passed the company's production-readiness technical evaluation.
